Collaboration Pays Off: Fat Happy, 3131 Media ‘Indulge msy’ Campaign Videos Win ADDY Award
“Indulge MSY" campaign, crafted in collaboration between Fat Happy Video Production, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and 3131 Media Solutions, has been honored with the esteemed ADDY Advertising Award. The videos won GOLD in the category of "Internet Commercial Campaign".
The ‘Indulge MSY’ campaign was centered around the culinary & shopping experiences found within the bustling concourses of Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY). In an effort to help increase measurable foot traffic to concessionaires, the team captured the essence of the local flavor through a seamless fusion of captivating visuals, compelling storytelling, and strategic digital advertising tactics. Within the first five months, the campaign reached over one million travelers, garnered over 5,500 clicks to their website, and measured over 6,800 foot traffic conversions to their concessionaires.
“This achievement underscores the power of collaboration between 3131 Media Solutions, Fat Happy and MSY. Together, we capitalized on our collective expertise to create a campaign that not only captivated audiences but also celebrated the vibrant culture synonymous with the city of New Orleans,” commented Scott Cody with 3131 Media.
Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the American Advertising Awards is the industry’s largest creative competition, attracting nearly 35,000 entries each year. Local competitions are the first of a three-tier competition that recognizes the very best in their markets. At the second tier, local ADDY winners compete against winners in one of 15 district competitions. District ADDY winners are then forwarded to the third tier, the national stage of the American Advertising Awards.
