Scott has helped businesses navigate through the ever-changing landscape of media consumption for more than a decade. Advertising, he believes, is simple. Identify your ideal customer, find your ideal customer and engage with your ideal customer.
Scott can quote every line from Major League and likes to tailgate at his daughters’ dance recitals. He and his wife, Jill, have been married for 16 years and live in Destrehan. Jill is from Louisiana and introduced Scott to Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest and mirlitons. Scott is from Texas and introduced Jill to Pat Green music, hand-made margaritas and two-stepping.

Giovanna, “Gio”, leads the charge in driving measurable growth for our clients by overseeing all aspects of revenue generation. From building a high-performing sales team to developing smart pricing models, everything we do is designed to deliver clarity, efficiency, and impact. Gio has led teams in periods of transformation and crisis recovery, where she has navigated economic shifts while maintaining growth and supporting people-first values.
Gio and her husband Tim met in college in New Orleans and recently celebrated 30 years of marriage. They moved to Dallas 7 years ago and her kids followed shortly after. Gio loves to hang out with her adult kids, Luke and Mattie, paint, cook and travel. Her favorite movies always include dinosaurs. She has watched every Jurassic Park movie at nauseum.

Lacey weaver
Lacey brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate communications and executive marketing roles. Vision-obsessed and design-savvy, Lacey takes a thought-provoking approach to strategizing and runs multiple variables before manifesting them into reality. Through award-winning initiatives, Lacey has built a solid reputation in the financial industry. Among her accomplishments, Lacey has earned her Credit Union Certified Marketing Executive Designation and was named a Credit Union Rock Star by the national trade association.
When she’s not deep diving into work, Lacey enjoys live music, fashion, and traveling to different baseball stadiums with her husband. These days, her reality is running after her two young, spicy daughters while hiding daily amazon deliveries from her better half.
Lynley N. Rihner is the driving force behind measuring our success. With a Master of Mass Communication and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication from LSU’s prestigious Manship School, Lynley ensures that every project is aligned with our client’s objectives. She recognizes trends and metrics to uncover better opportunities for their success, making her an invaluable part of every client’s journey.
When she’s not working her communications magic, Lynley is probably spending quality time with her husband, Alex, or doting on her German Short-Haired Pointer, Maple. A person of many talents, she’s also passionate about piano, singing, acting, crafting, and staying super organized (#goals).

Lynley N. Rihner
Born and raised in New Orleans and a proud OU alum, Mattie rose from intern to SDR Manager at TEGNA, a Fortune 500 media company, in under three years. She played a key role in launching and scaling the company’s SDR Academy, helping train and develop early-career sales professionals across nearly 20 U.S. markets.
At 3131, Mattie partners with clients to align storytelling with strategy — building scalable systems, optimizing go-to-market efforts, and turning creative ideas into measurable results. She is passionate about helping brands grow with clarity, intention, and momentum.
Outside of work, you’ll find her at Pilates, traveling, or hosting Sunday dinners with family and friends — usually alongside her dog Louis and rescue cat Stormy.

Eddie Covarrubias
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Eddie Covarrubias has been immersed in media and marketing for over two decades—and he’s been in the game since day one. His first job? Working for the Los Angeles Dodgers as a batboy and clubhouse attendant. (Yes, really.)
Outside of work, Eddie is a proud husband of 19 years, a family-first kind of guy, and a self-proclaimed “best golfer” (results may vary). When he’s not working with clients, you’ll find him traveling or spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Tyler took the scenic route into marketing—and it paid off. After graduating from Texas Tech, he spent his “Uncle Rico Years” chasing football opportunities before stepping into an order fulfillment warehouse during quarantine. That’s where everything clicked.
What started as a crash course in e-commerce quickly turned into a career pivot. Tyler saw firsthand how many entrepreneurs were forced to make big operational decisions with little to no guidance—so he built a business helping brands connect with the right 3PL partners and make smarter moves. From there, he transitioned into digital marketing sales, working across B2C and B2B content and media—learning how to connect strategy to real growth.

Known for her dedication to excellence in customer service, Schuyler is passionate about helping businesses grow and believes that strong, collaborative partnerships are the foundation of long-term success.
Outside the office, Schuyler enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and their three children—Peyton, Drew, and Lucas. Whether she's cheering from the sidelines at a travel baseball or soccer game, flowing through a yoga class, working in her garden, or catching up on her favorite reality TV shows, Schuyler brings the same energy and focus she applies to her professional life.
