Client Growth Partner (Advertising & Marketing)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities using both data and insights.
Build, grow, and manage a personal portfolio of clients with integrity and transparency.
Develop and oversee cross-channel advertising and marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI.
Maintain and update a prospect pipeline with clear progress tracking.
Manage client budgets, projections, billing, and invoicing, detail is key.
Oversee campaign execution across digital, social, and traditional channels including:
Digital: PPC, SEO, OTT/CTV, email, social media, automation, analytics.
Creative: Copywriting, video production, events, and podcasting.
Traditional: Broadcast TV, radio, print, and direct mail.
Partner with the Client Success Team to measure campaign performance and report results.
Use analytics to guide optimization decisions and identify growth opportunities.

This is not your traditional sales role. As a Client Growth Partner, you’ll operate like an entrepreneur, building and managing your own book of business with the full support of 3131 Media Solutions’ infrastructure, creative resources, and leadership team.
You’ll have the autonomy to run your portfolio your way, prospecting, strategizing, and growing revenue, while leveraging our agency’s tools, data, reputation, and operational backbone. It’s entrepreneurial freedom without the financial risk or administrative weight of owning an agency.

what you’ll do…
5+ years of experience in advertising, media, or digital marketing sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven record of exceeding revenue goals and developing long-term client relationships.
Proficiency with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, Tag Manager; certifications a plus.
Strong understanding of social, automation, and integrated marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and strategically.
Creative, resourceful, and always learning.
